The View From Mount Washington

Alright.  Here’s the good shit.

I’ve shown you some awfully pretty sights from last week’s stroll around Pittsburgh.  The clear highlight of the day, however, was the view from the top of Mount Washington.  I crossed the Monongahela River, and rode the incline of the same name straight up the side of the hill (sorry Pittsburgh, I’m from Colorado, place was gorgeous, but ‘mountain’ is still awfully generous).  At the top, my jaw dropped.  It was just getting dark and the lights of the skyline were ridiculous.  And the fact that it was all reflected in the river was just the icing on the cake.

I’ll shut up now.  The pictures can speak for themselves.  As always, click on an image to get to the gallery and see them full size.  I highly recommend it.  Enjoy.

That’s all for today…  So long from West Virginee.
