A 3-Week Stroll Through Buenos Aires – Day 14

Today we make our way towards Delta del Tigre.  It took us two separate train rides and about a 45 minutes boat ride each way to get there.  But it was more than worth it.  As I said yesterday, this was definitely my favorite little adventure we had.

Waiting at the first of two trains stations on our way to Tigre.

Apparently these trains are pretty sketchy. James was telling me they did a couple of news stories on how dilapidated and dangerous the tracks were. Encouraging news to hear.

Old dude and his newspaper.

You are here.

Thanks again guys. I'm glad someone around new what they were doing. And Spanish.

This was at the 2nd, way nicer and apparently safer train station.

Love this picture. Some bad-ass graffiti on the door of the train. It was so intracite it took me a minute to realize it was actually a door. I thought these people were idiots. Oops.

Tomorrow we arrive at the docks and start the water leg of our voyage.
